Our hours of operation: Mornings, Mon, Wed & Fri 5:00am to 6:00am, Mornings, Mon, Tues, Wed & Fri 6:00am to 7:00am, 7:00 to 8:00am, 8:00am to 9:00am, 9:00am to 10:00am. Tuesday and Thursday the afternoon and evening classes will run from 4:30pm to 5:30pm and 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Monday and Wednesday afternoon and evening classes will run from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, 5:30pm to 6:30pm, 6:30pm to 7:30pm (kids class) and fundamentals from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.Friday afternoon and evening classes will run from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, 5:30pm to 6:30pm. There are two Saturday classes 8am to 9am and 9am to 10am.
CrossFit Kids classes for both 4-9 year olds and 10-14 year olds are scheduled from 6:30-7:30 Mondays / Wednesdays and there’s a 4-9 year old only class Saturday mornings - please ask Jake or Rachel for more info!
